Additional Charges Filed Against Meriden Robbery Suspect
The new charges stem from a second incident.

MERIDEN, CT - Local resident Cequan Goodman, 20 - who's already facing charges in connection with anOctober stabbing and robbery - has been arrested again, this time in connection with a December assault, according to police.
Goodman now also is accused of choking and punching a woman on Christmas Eve, while she was walking on East Main Street, reports the Record-Journal.

He remains in custody in connection the robbery and stabbing case, and was arrested on a warrant Tuesday charging him with:
- Second-degree strangulation
- Second-degree reckless endangerment
- First-degree unlawful restraint
- Third-degree assault
- Breach of peace
