Another Person Charged in Brutal Meriden Stabbing

A second person was charged in an assault/robbery that happened in October.

The victim was stabbed nine times and robbed by four people outside of Mills Memorial Apartments, according to the Record-Journal.

O’Neal Ward, 18, of New Britain was charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree assault, first-degree robbery and second-degree larceny along with other conspiracy charges.

Local man Derrick Hardy, 35, was already charged and two other individuals have been identified, but not charged yet.
