Car Stolen From Hotel Leads to Charges Against Meriden Man

Police sad the man was staying at the Southington hotel.

SOUTHINGTON, CT – A Meriden man has been charged with stealing a car from a local hotel at which he was a guest, Southington police said.

On Aug. 24, Adam Rowe, 46, of Meriden, was arrested at Bristol Superior Court on an outstanding

warrant, police said. The warrant stemmed from the burglary of a vehicle in the parking lot of the Days Inn, 1845 Meriden Waterbury Turnpike, on July 1, where Rowe stayed that day, police said.

Rowe was charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary,
third-degree criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit third-degree criminal mischief, and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, police said.
