CT Man Arrested For Alleged Second Medical Office Burglary: Report

Police believe the suspect broke into two Meriden medical offices in the same month.

MERIDEN, CT — A 46-year-old Meriden man was arrested on a warrant in connection with the burglary of a local optician’s office last summer, his second break-in of a medical office last year, reports the Meriden Record-Journal.

Arrested on charges of third-degree Burglary and third-degree Larceny was Jose Luis Gonzalez, who is currently serving a prison sentence in connection with the break-in of a dentist's office.

Gonzalez is accused of stealing a 55-inch television and other items from the optician's office worth a total of about $2,700.
