Love tea? The Meriden Historical Society is sponsoring a fund-raising event on Saturday, September 17, 2011 at 1 p.m. at the historic Andrews Homestead on West Main St. High tea will be served (that means you should not eat lunch first!). The cost is $20 per person. During the afternoon you will also have a chance to view the diverse collection of made-in-Meriden artifacts that are housed in the homestead museum.
