Lightning Strike Sparks Meriden Fire
A Tuesday lightning strike led to a small fire at Coccomo Memorial Health Care Center.
MERIDEN, CT - A Tuesday afternoon lightning strike led to a fire at Coccomo Memorial Health Care Center, the Meriden Record-Journal reported. The strike was reported at 12:30 p.m. at the facility at 33 Cone Ave.

The lightning strike resulted in a minor electrical fire. No one was injured in the incident.
