MERIDEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Charles Edwards, 43, who was reported missing from Meriden on Feb. 13.
Edwards is described by police as a white male with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is 5-feet, 8-inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, khaki pants, a red hat and red sneakers.
