MERIDEN, CT - A man was shot in the hand on Main Street Sunday night, according to the Meriden Record-Journal. Police responded to a shots fired call at 276 W. Main St. at 8:30 p.m.
A man was being helped by residents who had been shot in the hand. He suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital.
Police are investigating as the shooter reportedly fled on foot, the Record-Journal reported.
