Man Wanted In Meriden Shooting Arrested: Police
Police said Rafael Santiago was involved in a Curtis Street shooting last week.

MERIDEN, CT - Police have located and arrested a local man who allegedly shot a 29-year-old man on Curtis Street last week.
Rafael Santiago, 57, was charged with first-degree assault, criminal use of a weapon, criminal possession of a weapon, illegal discharge of a firearm, first-degree reckless endangerment and illegal possession of a large capacity magazine, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.

The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the Oct. 10 shooting. A woman said that the shooting was the result of a dispute between her son and her boyfriend, Santiago. She was inside the Curtis Street home when she heard two shots outside, the Record-Journal reported.
