Meriden Church Moves Into New New Haven Headquarters

City Church Inc., which holds services in New Haven, Bridgeport and Meriden, has moved into new headquarters space at 61 Amity Road in New Haven.

The Christian organization has leased 3,500 square feet of office space for the next four years at the Amity Road location. Michael Gordon and Lisa Bova of Levey Miller Maretz Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Amity Place Inc., in the deal. Dusan Dujovic of Atherton Associates in Shelton represented the tenant.

City Church hosts weekly services each Sunday at Co-Op Arts & Humanities High School in New Haven, The Bijou Theatre in Bridgeport and Thomas Edison Middle School in Meriden. The organization will use its new space as its headquarters.

Gordon and Bova are the listing agents for 61 Amity Road, where there are still 3,800 square feet of office/retail space available for lease.
