Meriden Man Accused of Trying to Obtain Percocet in Milford with Forged Prescription: Report

The suspect was arrested at a Walgreens.

MILFORD, CT — A 40-year-old Meriden man was arrested Thursday after he allegedly tried using a forged prescription to obtain the drug Percocet from a Walgreens pharmacy in Milford, according to Milford police.

The Meriden Record-Journal reports that Hector Rodriguez was arrested at about 8 p.m. and charged with second-degree forgery.

Rodriguez was released on a promise to appear in Milford Superior Court on Jan. 24.
