Meriden Man Charged In Child Assault
A city man was charged in an October child abuse case, according to a report.
MERIDEN, CT - A city man was arrested for assaulting a child after a school employee made a report regarding the child, according to the Meriden Record-Journal. Christopher Negron, 21, of 5 Hillside Ave., was charged with risk of injury to a minor and third-degree assault.
Police investigated the case after MidState Medical Center staff informed them of a child abuse complaint from a local school. The child had bruises on his legs, face, and head.
