Meriden Man Charged With DUI in Milford

Milford police say Lance Raye, 22, of Parkway Place in Meriden was driving in the area of the Boston Post Road and Turnpike Square at 2:40 a.m. on Tuesday and was stopped for erratic driving.

Investigation led to the arrest of Raye who is accused of driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, police said.

Further investigation showed Raye’s driver’s license to be suspended, the vehicle to be unregistered and uninsured and the license plate to belong to another vehicle, police said. Raye also declined to provide a breath sample.

He is charged with DUI and several motor vehicle offenses. He was released after posting a $500 bond.
