Meriden Man Charged With Running Over Wife: Report
A Meriden man allegedly ran over his wife with a pickup truck Sunday.
MERIDEN, CT - A Meriden man was arrested and faces numerous charges after allegedly attempting to run over his wife, according to the Meriden Record-Journal. Andres Jimenez, 28, was charged with second-degree assault with a motor vehicle, first-degree reckless endangerment and several other motor vehicle charges.
Police arrived at the Vale Avenue home early Sunday morning and found a woman yelling in pain with tire marks on her shins. She told police her husband, Jimenez, struck her in a Chevrolet Suburban.
