Meriden Man Robbed Gas Station At Knifepoint: Report
A city man allegedly robbed a gas station in November.

MERIDEN, CT - A city man has been charged with robbing a gas station at knifepoint in November, the Meriden Record-Journal reported. Carlos Lugo, 27, was arrested on a warrant Monday and charged with second-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny.
The charges stem from a robbery of the Shell station on Broad Street. Lugo's bond was set at $25,000 and he will appear in court Thursday.
