Meriden Man Sentenced In Fatal Wrong-Way Crash
A city man was charged in connection with the 2017 wreck.

MERIDEN, CT - A local man has pleaded no contest to manslaughter charges in connection with a fatal 2017 crash. The Record-Journal reported that Darwin Duchitanga-Quitutuizaca, 33, will serve two and a half years in prison for second-degree manslaughter.
Duchitanga-Quitutuizaca was accused of driving the wrong way on I-91 north near exit 10 in the accident, which resulted in the death of another driver, Benjamin Franklin Morant.
