Meriden Police Lieutenant Dies Following Illness

MERIDEN, CT - Lieutenant Lawrence Guidobono, who served the department for more than 30 years, died Thursday due to an illness, the Meriden Record-Journal reported. Guidobono was hired in 1985, later joining the SWAT team and the sniper team. He earned the rank of lieutenant in 2003.
