MERIDEN, CT - A local resident has won a Connecticut Lottery prize. According to Connecticut Lottery, John Ticino Jr., of Meriden, won $10,000 on Sept. 29.
He won playing the 10X Cash 11th Edition game and purchased the lucky ticket at the Rb Market in Meriden.
