Meriden/Wallingford NAACP Health Fair Wednesday

The Meriden / Wallingford NAACP Health Fair Committee present the 2nd annual Family Health Fitness, & Fun Day. The theme of this health fair is “Get Out & Play,” the goal is to encourage kids, teens, and adults to be more active in sports and activities to fight obesity.  

There will be a host of games and activities for young and old as well as demonstrations from the Meriden Raiders Cheerleaders, Valentin Karate, Beat The Streets, and others.  

The Meriden Health Department has organized health related vendors where the community will be able to get screenings and obtain health prevention information. There will also be free food and music.
