MIDDLETOWN, CT - A local resident recently won a lottery prize. According to Connecticut Lottery, Joseph Mucci Jr., of Middletown, won $10,000 Oct. 11.
Mucci won playing the 10X Cash 11th Edition game and purchased the lucky ticket at the Sunoco A Plus in Middletown.
