Mother, 8-Day-Old Daughter Reported Missing From Meriden: UPDATE

The Silver Alerts for the missing mother and infant have been canceled, according to state police.

MERIDEN, CT — Silver Alerts have been issued for a mother and an 8-day infant who were reported missing from Meriden on Monday, July 24. Police are searching for Ashley Correra-Graham, 24, who was last seen with her 8-day old daughter Esperanza Lopez, who was also reported missing. Correra-Graham has brown hair and brown eyes and is 5-feet, 5-inches tall and weighs 140 pounds, according to police. She has a tattoo on her upper chest on the right side. There was no description available of the last clothes she was seen wearing.

WFSB 3 TV reports that Meriden Police were contacted by the state Department of Children and Families about the baby and Correra-Graham. Police said Tuesday that they need verification that the baby is ok and want the mother to bring the child to police or DCF, WFSB 3 TV reports.
