The Meriden Fire Department responded to a motorcycle accident westbound at Exit 10 around 3 p.m. Monday, according to @ctnotify on Twitter.
Life Star helicopter was originally called in but was cancelled. The driver suffered head and leg injuries and was not wearing a helmet, @ctnotify reported.
