Obituary: Diane F. Lahaye, 58, of Meriden

Diane F. Lahaye, 58, passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 after a lengthy illness. Diane was born on July 5, 1959 in Meriden, CT, she was the beloved daughter of the late George and Patricia (Allen) Geer.

"Di" was a graduate of Maloney High School. She was an avid gardener, and was known to love her dogs, horses, and wilderness.

She is survived by her loving siblings, Janet (LaHaye) Uvino and her husband John of Meriden, David Geer and his fiance Charlene of Bristol, Joanne Geer and her husband Bob of Meriden; her cherished god daughters, Christina Uvino, Samantha DeMauro-Norton and her husband Justin, She is also survived by many nieces, nephews; cousins; and her loved companion Johnny.

At Diane's request, services will be private for the family. Should friends desire, contributions in her memory may be made to the Meriden Humane Society, 311 Murdock Ave, Meriden, CT 06450.
