Obituary: Donald J. Cardillo, 70, of Meriden
Cardillo was employed by Alderman Motors for more than 30 years.

Donald J. Cardillo, 70, of Meriden, beloved husband of Barbara (Fee) Cardillo, passed away on Oct 3, 2015, at Masonicare in Wallingford from a brief illness.
Donald was born in Meriden on Sep 8, 1945 to the late Dominic and Claire (Lamothe) Cardillo. He attended local schools. He was employed by Alderman Motors for over 30 years. He enjoyed attending car shows and working in his yard.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving daughters, Sandy (Savago) Sudduth of Marlborough, CT and Debra (Savago) Matula of Sumter, SC; grandchildren Allyssa and Robert Sudduth of Marlborough, CT and Austin Matula of Sumter, SC; siblings: his twin sister Joanie Raymond of Middlefield, Charles (Chip) Cardillo of Southington, and James and his wife Carol Cardillo of East Lyme, brother in law Peter Bushnell of Middlefield, and several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

He was also predeceased by his sister Carol (Cardillo) Bushnell, son in law Darryl Sudduth, and sister in law Sandy Cardillo.
The funeral will be held on Wednesday, October 7, at 11 a.m. at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 E. Main Street, Meriden, CT.

Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. Burial will be in St. Laurent’s Cemetery in South Meriden.
