Obituary: Enid Learned, 71, Of Meriden

MERIDEN, CT - Enid “Jeorji” Learned, 71, wife of the late Newall Learned, passed away on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 after a brief illness. Born in Meriden on July 20, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Alton and Barbara Church. Mrs. Learned was a lifelong resident of Meriden and worked at Maloney High School for many years.

She was a generous and caring person and a loving mother and grandmother. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her son, Kevin Learned, and her two grandchildren, Caitlin Falkowski and Portia Learned. She was predeceased by her sister, Holly Church.
