Obituary: Linda Hoydilla, 65, Of Meriden

MERIDEN, CT - Linda Hoydilla, 65, of Meriden, died on Thursday, October 25, 2018. She was the daughter of the late John and Marilyn (Thompson) Hoydilla. Linda was a longtime resident of Meriden. She was retired from AT&T after a thirty-year career. Linda was a loyal New York Yankees fan and followed them on television and radio.

Linda is survived by her brothers Mark Hoydilla and Peter Hoydilla and his wife Marie. Linda appreciated the friendship and support from Mary Criscuolo. Linda had a great palate and knew the best restaurants and food stores in the area. She really enjoyed online shopping as well.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 7 p.m. at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 East Main Street, Meriden, CT. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday prior to the service from 4 to 7 p.m. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery on Friday November 2, 2018 at 11 a.m.
