Patricia Pelkey Doak, 61, of Meriden, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Hartford Hospital. She was the beloved wife of William T. Doak. Patricia was born in New Haven on July 23, 1957 and was the daughter of Ernest and Barbara Ratta Pelkey.
She had worked as a bus driver for New Britain Transportation. Patricia loved horseback riding and her cats. She was a singer/composer of gospel church music and was a member, deacon and trustee of the Montowese Baptist Church.

Mother of Christine (Jess) Schilling and Evelyn (Robert) Wilson. Grandmother of Jacob & Mercedes Schilling, Erin & Steven Wilson, Kaylie & David Gay and Gulianna Doak. Sister of Colleen Pelkey, Mary Desenti, Rhonda Pinckney, Ken & Michael Connor, Peggy & Stephanie.
