Obituary: Phillip Lee Weathers, 55, of Meriden
A resident of Meriden all of his life, Phillip was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. He was employed at TI Automotive for 18 years.

Phillip Lee Weathers, 55, of Meriden, passed away on March 2, 2018 at the Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain. Phillip was born in Meriden on May 26, 1962, a son of Elizabeth (Williams) Weathers and the late Phillip Weathers.
A resident of Meriden all of his life, Phillip was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. He was employed at TI Automotive for 18 years. He is survived by his mother Elizabeth Weathers and children; daughters, Chevelle Shelton and Lavoce Weathers, and his son Torey Weathers, all of Meriden; his companion Yolanda Smith of Meriden; grandchildren, Aniya and Nas’ir Flores and Xilette Rose; sisters, Linda Williams (Wayne) of Meriden, Sylvia Weathers of Meriden, and Dorothy Weathers (Rico Simmons) of Florida; and his brother Jerome Weathers of Danbury, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. He also leaves behind two especially devoted friends, Philip Crosby and Andre Douglas. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and sharing jokes with his friends and family. Phillip always was the life of the party and he will truly be missed by all who knew him.

Due to weather, friends may now visit with his family at BEECHER & BENNETT - FLATOW FUNERAL HOME on FRIDAY, March 9th from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM with a Scripture Reading at 12:30. Burial with Military Honors will follow at the State of Connecticut Veteran's Cemetery, 317 Bow Lane, Middletown.
