Sharon R. Ryan, 56, of Meriden, formerly of North Haven, passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at Yale-New Haven Hospital from injuries sustained after being hit by a car earlier that evening. She was born in New Haven on September 26, 1961 and was the daughter of Rose M. Madonna Ryan and the late George J. Ryan.

Sharon was a 1979 graduate of North Haven High School; had worked for Built Right Home Solutions; enjoyed Lake George, California beaches and baking Grandma’s Irish bread. Mother of Sara and Shayla Collier. Sister of Tom Ryan (Maria), Ed Ryan and Mike Ryan (Jeryl). Also survived by her companion Phil Stockmon, five nieces and three nephews. Predeceased by a niece Sylvia.
