Pedestrian Hit By Car In Meriden, Airlifted To Hospital
The Wednesday afternoon crash left one victim with injuries.

MERIDEN, CT - A pedestrian was hit by a car and injured Wednesday afternoon, according to the Meriden Record-Journal. The victim was airlifted by Life Star helicopter to St. Francis Hospital in Hartford following the accident near 238 Gravel St.
The road was closed following the crash, the Record-Journal reported. The extent of the victim's injuries has not been made available.
