Pit Bulls Found on I-691 in Meriden, Owners Sought
Police are hoping the dogs' owner will pick them up, otherwise they will be available for adoption.

Two pit bulls were picked up on I-691 in Meriden Thursday morning and police are seeking their owner.
The dogs were picked up by two good Samaritans, said Officer Bryan Kline, animal control officer for Meriden.

The dogs are being held at Meriden Animal Control. The owner(s) have seven days to pick up the dog otherwise they will be available for adoption, Kline said.
