The Meriden Police Department provided information on the following arrests. Inclusion on this list does not mean those arrested were convicted.

November 21

Steven McConnell, 49, 118 Colony St, Apt. 4, Meriden, arrested for probation violation.

Peter James Cushman, 25, 7 Petit Dr., Meriden, arrested for assault in the third degree, and breach of peace in the second degree.

November 20

Thomas Keyes, 29, 587 West Main St., Meriden was arrested for probation violation.

November 19

Scott Walter, 39,  106 Mattabassett Dr., Meriden was arrested for threatening in the second degree, two counts of breach of peace, two counts of assault in the third degree.

Donna M. Lantieri, 462 Parker Ave., Meriden, Possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, failure to obey traffic signal, traveling fast, operating a motor vehicle under suspension.

Tevin Manule Cagle, 19, 127 Liberty Street, Third Floor, Meriden, arrested Nov. 19 and charged with two counts of Risk of Injury, assault in the third degree, breach of peace in the second degree.

Jonathan Pagan, 19, 29 Fols Ave., Meriden, arrested Nov. 19 and charged with possession of marijuana, larceny in the sixth degree, and conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree.

November 18

Richardo Torres, 42, 9 Shelter St., New Haven, arrested and charged with larceny in the fifth degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Patricia Privee, 43, 25 Taunton St., Southington, arrested for travelling fast, operating a motorvehicle with a suspicious license.

David Rivera, no age given, of 228 Spring Street, Meriden, arrested for burglary in the third degree.

Corey St. Jernquist, no age given, of 495 Crown St, Meriden, arrested for possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, conspiracy possession of a controlled substance.

David Pappas, no age given, of 431 Crown St, Meriden arrested for possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell, possession with intent to sell in a school zone, possession of paraphernalia, operating a drug factory, conspiracy to distribute, possession of alcohol by a minor.

Justin Arroyo, 1655 North Colony Rd, Apt. 6002, Meriden, arrested for possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell, possession with intent to sell in a school zone, possession of paraphernalia, operating a drug factory, conspiracy to distribute, possession of alcohol by a minor.

Edward Luis Mercado Jr., no age or address given, was arrested for criminal trespass and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

November 17

Veronica Madera, 19, of 37 Wells Terrace, Meriden, was arrested for failure to respond to an infraction.

Henriee Quaye, 19, Cook Avenue, Meriden, was arrested for assault in the third degree and risk of injury.

Gregory Johnson, 35, 142 Woodland Dr, Hartford, arrested for issuing a bad check.

Steven Thompson, no age given, 81 Camp Street, Apt. 138, Meriden, was arrested for disorderly conduct, interfering with police, and failure to submit to a photo.

November 16

Lamont  White, 29, was arrested for larceny in the third degree, felony burglary in the third degree and felony larceny in the 6^th degree.

Thomas Lynes, 22, 16 Yale Acres Rd., Meriden, was arrested on possession of narcotics, possession of drug/marijuana.

Joseph Cortes, 24, 35 Willow Street, Unit 16, Meriden, arrested for failure to appear for a second time.
