Anthony Lyons, 25, 213 Newfield St., Middletown, was arrested and charged with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1500 feet of a school zone, possession of a controlled substance.

Philip Lohman, 57, of 16 Platt Ave #2E, Meriden, was arrested and charged with patronizing a prostitute.

Donna M. Moffett, 42, of 106 Arch St., #2E, Meriden, was arrested and charged with prostitution, possession of narcotics.

Robert Hamelin, 54, of 21 South Second Street, Meriden, was arrested and charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia.
