UPDATE: One Killed in Serious Crash on Route 15 in Meriden

Two people have been injured, one fatally after a crash on the Wilbur Cross Parkway in Meriden early Friday morning in the area of exit 68, NBC Connecticut reports.

The northbound side of Route 15 and the I-691 westbound ramp at exit 9 are both closed.

Further details on the crash were not immediately available. NBC reports state police are looking into the possibility that a car hit a pedestrian.
