MERIDEN, CT — A motor vehicle crash with life-threatening injuries was reported Friday afternoon on I-91 in Meriden, according to state police.  The crash occurred at about 4 p.m. near exit 16, and as a result troopers shut down the entire northbound lane and the left lane southbound.
