Police are asking for the public's help in finding a 14-year-old girl.
MERIDEN, CT - Police are asking for the public's help after a 14-year-old girl went missing Wednesday. Skylini Higgs is 5'6", has brown hair and blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a grey or black fur winter jacket, Yankee pajama pants, and black Nike sneakers.
