Silver Alert Issued For Teen Missing From Meriden
The 15-year-old has been missing since Nov. 3, according to police.
MERIDEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Felix Rios-Velazquez, 15, who has been missing from Meriden since Nov. 3. Rios-Velazquez is an endangered runaway, according to state police.
Rios-Velazquez has black hair and brown eyes. He is 5-feet, 6-inches tall and weighs 300 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a black sweater and jeans. A photo wasn’t provided.
