MERIDEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Saybion Edmanson, 13, who was reported missing from Meriden on July 11. Edmanson is described by police as a black male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5-feet, 6-inches tall and weighs 170 pounds.
There was no description available for the last clothes he was seen wearing.
