Teens Caught Burglarizing Vehicles In Meriden: Police

Several teens were arrested during the overnight hours earlier this week.

MERIDEN, CT — Several juveniles were arrested during the overnight hours on Wednesday in connection to numerous car burglaries in Meriden, according to police. At about 2:50 a.m. on Sept. 13, Meriden Police responded to Hemlock Road for a report of people breaking into a vehicle.

Officers located multiple juveniles in the neighborhood who were suspected of having a connection to numerous vehicle break-ins that occurred throughout the city during the summer months, according to police.

Police said the juveniles were from out of town and were arrested on various charges. Their names aren’t being released due to their ages.
