Two Charged in Connection With Homicide of Meriden Man
Jesus Silva was found unresponsive in a car in New Britain last December. Two have been charged in connection with his death.
Another person has been charged in connection with the homicide of a Meriden man.
Idaliz Zavala-Burgos, 32, of Springfield Mass. was arrested Wednesday and charged with conspiracy to commit murder, according to the Hartford Courant.
Jesus Silva, 24, of Meriden was found unresponsive in a car near the intersection of Yeaton street and Farmington Avenue in New Britain on December 30.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police previously arrested Joel Jaquez, 31, of Springfield and charged him with murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
