Waterbury Resident Wins Lottery Prize
The luck ticket was purchased at a Meriden store.
MERIDEN, CT - A local resident has won a Connecticut Lottery prize. According to Connecticut Lottery, Edwin Maldonado, of Waterbury, won $10,000 on Oct. 2.
He won playing the 10X Cash 11th Edition game and purchased the lucky ticket at the 7-Eleven in Meriden.
