MIDDLETOWN, CT — A Cromwell resident won $10,000 on a scratch-off ticket that was sold in Middletown this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
Christopher Brown won $10,000 on a 10X Cash 13Th Edition scratch ticket that was sold at Ghezzis Market on Newfield Street in Middletown on Aug. 7.
