MIDDLETOWN, CT — A Middletown resident recently won more than $177,000 on a winning scratch ticket that was sold in Middletown, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
Ozell Brown won $177,777 on an Electric 7s 2nd Edition scratch ticket that was sold at Ampak Food Mart at 749 Saybrook Rd. in Middletown, according to Lottery officials.
