2020 Seasonal Flu Vaccination Clinic Schedule In City Of Middletown
Nine Seasonal Flu Clinics will be offered between September 23 and November 10, four of which will be held within Middletown.
September 14, 2020
- September 23rd, 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Senior Center, 61 Durant Terrace, Middletown
- October 7th, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the City Hall Council Chambers, 245 deKoven Drive, Middletown
- October 16th, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at MARC Community Resources, 25 Industrial Park Road, Middletown
- November 10th, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Cross Street AME Zion Church, 444 West Street, Middletown
Important Information
- Must be at least 18 years of age and in good health
- Bring your insurance card - with most insurance, the vaccine is free-of-charge and does not require a co-pay
- Vaccines are issued on a first-come, first-served basis with no appointment needed
- Residency is not required
- Face masks required / social distancing enforced
