2024 Nature Hikes with Mddn Recreation

Hi, Hikers,

Welcome to 2024! I am looking forward to a year of health, happiness, and peace for us all.

We will be offering nature hikes through the Middletown Recreation Center again this year. To register for these monthly events, you will need to obtain a Nature Connection Pass ($15 residents/$20 nonresidents). This also covers any Forest Bathing sessions you wish to attend. Please set up your account and get your pass at: https://middletownct.myrec.com/info/default.aspx
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A REC PASS. After you set up/log into your account, look under PROGRAMS for your age and find the Nature Connections and Walks.

Once you get your pass, you can register for the monthly events (no walk in January). This is the same process as last year.

This year, we are pleased that the hikes/walks will be divided among our three leaders: myself, Erik Assadourian, and Greg Klaus. Each month, I will send out an email with details about the hike, leader, and directions. I will send a reminder or any cancellation info the day prior to the hike.
