Based on the data Middlesex Hospital gathered in the recently released 2016 Community Health Needs Assessment as well as its subsequent identification of certain priority areas, Ms. Rees will share some perspectives on how local health and human service organizations can formulate and examine their programming in ways that will mirror and respond to the emerging trends and funding potential in our communities as well as Middlesex Hospital’s overarching plans for services in Middlesex County.
