The Next Step Tool, or TAY-VI-SPDAT, will be launching in HMIS at the end of August. This tool is a version of the VI-SPDAT, or Vulnerability Index-Service Prioritization Assessment Tool, that is tailored for youth and young adults in the age range of 24 and under or "Transitional Age Youth."
We are enthusiastic to be engaging this tool in our efforts to end youth homelessness by 2020. This training will cover how to administer the Next Step Tool, as well as policy and procedures around implementation.
