A fire closed this Middletown institution in 2006, but an outpouring of support from the community helped it re-open quickly. It's been open since 1941.

  • Belly Buster: a six egg omelet with American, Swiss, Provolone, bacon, sausage, tomato, onions, peppers and mushrooms.
  • Casino Omelet: crab meat, bacon, onions, peppers & cheese topped with hollandaise sauce.
  • Irish Galway: Poached eggs over grilled brown bread with smoked salmon and bacon, topped with Hollandaise sauce and served with home fries.
