• Hidden for years, this forgotten Middletown park is getting a second chance (nhregister.com) — Roosevelt Park in Middletown's North End is finally slated for major cleanup and upgrades, including a new access road and rebuilt basketball court funded through the 2025 infrastructure bond. City crews have already begun clearing trash and abandoned vehicles, with plans to improve lighting and create a path linking the area to the future Midden Lookout Park and Trails.
• No. 1 Men's Soccer Kicks Off 2026 With 2-0 NESCAC Victory Over Trinity (Conn.) (gotuftsjumbos.com) — Tufts men's soccer will be in Middletown this Wednesday night, taking on Wesleyan at 7 p.m. in a NESCAC matchup.
