CROMWELL, CT — A big Powerball winner has emerged out of Cromwell.
On Sept. 18, the unnamed winner from Cromwell cashed in a $50,000 Powerball winner.
The ticket was purchased from the Gulf station at 539 Main St. in Cromwell.
